Dear Ms Costa
The premise of your arguments are grossly faulty: I personally made an Application Notice to the Court on an Application Notice not on behalf of my wife Rashmi Panigrahi, but for myself as litigant in person. I had submitted three Application Notices after discussions with my wife that I contend that I am not mentally ill or disordered in way. This was during the week following the 21 June 2021 Order of District Judge Lightman. I paid £100 as Court Fee, When no actions was taken by the Court on the Application Notice and I was severely terrorised by the Security Services of the Cabinet Office in government the particulars of Claim changed over the past 18 months which makes the Application Notice submitted by me then as redundant (null and void) and a fresh new Application to take account all the facts of the matter that are contained in the skeleton arguments and bundle combined that you have received a copy of through omar sager at the Government Legal Department would be necessary except that I have not yet considered this matter while there is still time for an out-of court settlement now that the government has finally responded to me after dozens of emails, including to the Attorney General. The Hearing is accordingly unconstitutional for this essential factor. Your bundle should therefore consider all the details of the facts in the attached link: Running Commentary on Legal Proceedings (Claim E35YM660): Dr S. Panigrahi vs Prime Minister of UK (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/running-commentary-on-legal-proceedings-claim-e35ym660-dr-s-panigrahi-vs-prime-minister-of-uk
and my application to the Court of Central London to have the Hearing aborted: APPLICATION TO ABORT THE HEARING OF 20 JANUARY 2023 (CLAIM E35YM660) (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/application-to-abort-the-hearing-of-20-january-2023-claim-e35ym660
I have already approached the Court of Appeal to register the points as attached here:ToCourtiofAppealccCenLonCtyCrtKentPolice(LACK OF COMMON COURTSEY IS CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD THE CLAIMANT IN CLAIM E35YM660).docx; and is a matter for Kent Police.
Please acknowledge receipt of this email immediately.
