2. Following a judgment from the Magistrates the claim for the raised £7 million in compensation from the perpetrators of this tyrannical Hate Crime may be requested if appropriate from the District Judge at Medway County Court under Claim J00ME572 due to the fact that the Chief Constable is in deliberate contempt of Court again.

One of my juniors drew my attention to Legal Cheek, a online scandal-oriented, bulletin board mainly for the law profession and its many ill-wishers.
Either Counsel Forz Khan, or someone spoofing him, was laughing at you, without naming you, but we knew he meant you when he wrote a Cracked Pot from Gillingham got himself arrested once again but persists in denial which no one believes.
If nothing has happened it was merely a misguided joke almost on 1st of April.
But if something has happened, and you informed Mr. Khan, and he betrayed your confidence, he could find himself disbarred. He has been rebuked before by the BSB for a not dissimilar contravention.
If it was not him, how did the mocker now about what ever it was that happened? I added his email address for him to answer you, not us, because our email is as you know non-replyable.
We repeat our plea to you. Due to our own security concerns, we can't help you unless we know what's happening. The persons pretending to be Caine expelled my colleague from AFP and our only source was your entertaining publications, but you've withdrawn them from the web free download archival. Do reinstate this without delay, specially if you are in trouble.

At 21.00 hours posted the following in the Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom forum:

in TCLP-UK proceedings
Five years ago I took out a civil litigation against Kent Police at the then Queens Bench Division of the High Court under Claim HX17X01773 for £5 million in compensation for obstruction and perverting the course of justice, but it got struck out on the grounds that I had not provided an argued case in the particulars of Claim. Subsequently, I took out a civil litigation against the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom at the Central London County Court which incorporated inadequate supervision of State Institutions such as inter alia Kent Police under Claim Number E35YM660 for £3000, which also got dismissed on technical grounds in that I had not adequately and within the time limit stated provided the full details of the Particulars of Claim that I was arguing against; and I was required to pay the costs of the Defendant, the Cabinet Office of £4170. I appealed against that decision and finally the Hearing was scheduled for 20 January 2023 at 10 am. The government legal Department stated that the Hearing had been adjourned but despite numerous communications that I submitted to the Court, the Hearing was not restored, and I wondered why as no grounds were given as to the adjournment and no date was fixed for the follow up of the proceedings.
I had taken out an Injunction against the Chief Constable of Kent Police at Medway County Court to prevent it from continuing what I saw was its Hate Crime against me and the proceedings from the original Claim at the Queens Bench HQ17X01773 were added by the Court in the Notice of Issue of Claim under Claim No J00ME572.
The Hearing of the Case at Medway County Court never took place and I had voiced concerns after the issue of the Notice as to whether Kent Police had challenged the jurisdiction of the Court in considering the Hate Crime both in terms of the Injunction applied for and the Money Claims associated with it.
Two years or so ago I had taken out a private prosecution against the Chief Constable of Kent Police at East Kent Magistrates Court and this was assigned a Case Number but dismissed by the Court in not having been presented with clarity effectively. A judgment was delivered that I appealed against on a number of occasions with no response.
This evening the conundrum lead to a point that I submitted the following communication to East Kent Magistrates Court copied to the Chief Constable's lawyer and Medway County Court in a bid to explore the issue of jurisdiction further. Since civil litigations against Kent Police were permitted in the Constitution as seen by the fact that Master Eastman had passed two Court Orders on Claim HQ17X01773, and similarly civil claims against the Prime Minister were permitted in the Constitution from the fact that three Court Orders were issued by the Court of Central London under Claim E35YM660, but when Kent Police's Hate Crime was incorporated into the latter, the Court kept silent indicating that a civil court does not have jurisdiction to consider what is argued as being a Crime under the Constitution of the United Kingdom. For the same reason, Medway County Court did not take any action on Claim J00ME572 for over a year.
