For the attention of Emma Harrison

Dear Sir/Madam

1. In respect of the attached matter (LetterfromNKMCHearingTrial10Nov2023_2 pm.pdf) on which I submitted to the Court, Kent PoliceCPS and Driver Diversion, the attached correspondence: (ToNorthKentMagistratesccseCPSKentDriversEducation (SpeedingOffenceof 5October 2022)22Oct2023.docx), I understand from my correspondence with the Samaritans as linked here: Updating Correspondence with the Samaritans (thelibertariandemocrats.com) https://www.thelibertariandemocrats.com/post/updating-correspondence-with-the-samaritans that the matter has now been settled and no further action is required from me in terms of my attendance on the scheduled date of the Trial and no penalties/fines has been issued as sentence if I was found guilty legally. The matter of the following link is also hence redundant: UPDATE (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/_update-1.

If these deductions are erroneous in any way, I am sure that the Court will inform me in a timely manner (that has hitherto not happened) unless the Samaritans has been acting as the appropriate State authority in this regard all the time that I have engaged with them in conversations.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Your Honour

On a review, as linked here: State-terrorists caught with their pants down throw in another criminal anonymous email to give Kent Police a life-line | Daily Bulletin (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/forum/general-discussion/state-terrorists-caught-with-their-pants-down-throw-in-another-criminal-anonymous-email-to-give-kent-police-a-life-line, I would submit that the correct solution to the matter of the discharge of my Speeding Offence at the Trial of 10 November 2023, 2 pm attached (Letter from NKMC HearingTrial10November 2023_2 pm.pdf) would be for the Magistrates to Order Kent Police to reorganise my Speed Awareness Course at Kent County Council Kent Driver Education that I had booked for 11 January 2023 with the unrefunded payment of £92 Course attendance Fee, or if I have done anything wrong legally, to fine me the Conditional Fixed Penalty of £100 with 3 points on my driving licence.

I will be unrepresented at the Hearing in question should the Court decide that the matter cannot be disposed off earlier in view of the fact that I did not get the opportunity to discuss my plea at the Notice of New Date of Hearing adjourned as attached: Notice of New Date of Hearing NKMC.docx that the Court staff led me to believe was in the offing before a Magistrate sent the matter to Trial.

Yours sincerely
