Kindly note the following communications and let me know how this complaint will be assessed by the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman late in the day. This matter has been rumbling on for years and no one seems to be in charge of monitoring the Mental Health Service of the National Health Service from the time that Wigmore Medical Centre's shenanigans was brought to your attention, and they then removed me from their practice list unfairly. I was never schizophrenic or suffered from persistent delusional disorder, or was paranoid about anything: I merely sought the truth and was a whistle-blower of the criminals who terrorised me for years.

I have waited a long time to hear from you for clarification in writing as to what the letter of referral was that led to my diagnosis of Bipolar with delusional disorder, in accordance with Dr Nyeko's letter dated 2 September 2022 that is attached FrBrittonHouse10Sep2022.pdf; and my Administrative Consultation eConsult submission for action: see Administrative help consultation answers(7).pdf.
Your email of FrLongCatlisRoadSurgery(ConsultationReferredtocClinician22Sep2022 explicitly stated that you have referred the matter to the relevant clinician.
In light of the lack of progress, I have cancelled my Blood Test appointment tomorrow at 10.20 am at the Long Catlis Road Surgery and the Physical Health Check with Jane East on 10 October 2022 by text messaging this evening.
