Dear Right Honourable Alex Chalk
The Judicial and Law Enforcement processes of the United Kingdom that I have been proactively evaluating over the past 26 years as brought to you kind attention linked here: Application to the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice for Public Enquiry lodged (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/application-to-the-lord-chancellor-and-secretary-of-state-for-justice-for-public-enquiry-lodged

have reached a complete stalemate this afternoon judging by the lack of response from North Kent Magistrates Court to my submission as reflected by the Automatic Response below but with no subsequent considered reply from the Court or from Kent Police. A Spam phone call that I received at 11.49 am from a 01223 852359 number seemingly signified the message from the State authorities that this is so.
Should your Honour therefore be minded to initiate the Public Enquiry process now, it will be useful as a means of moving the nation forward with the issues that have been highlighted.
Yours sincerely
