I do not know which State authority to turn to now when the Duty Solicitor appointed for me by Kent Police and independently had sent ne a letter on 19 April 2023 without my prior agreement stating that the Law Firm had received instructions from me through Phillipa Beswick, their barrister who supervised the 28 March 2023 arrest interview of me at Medway Police Station so I went along with that arrangement for it seemed to me that the work had to be done urgently by Olives Solicitors or some other solicitor on my behalf on which I sent them around 25 emails to this Duty Solicitor but did not receive back a single response in writing or verbally, most notably this morning to the following correspondence.
So I am fishing in the dark to find out which State authority is the right and proper one for me to take my complaint to of a Criminal Conspiracy against me, not just to deprive me of £4 million in damages and compensation from the UK Treasury (if not from Kent Police) for the 26 years of victimisation, persecution, terrorism, obstruction of justice and perverting the course of justice against me, but simultaneously trying to get some trumped up charge of offences that I am allegedly a suspect for in terms of having sent stalking and malicious communications to try and give me a criminal record or even have me sent to prison for something that I vehemently deny having been responsible for.
My suspicion is now that the International Criminal Court has conspired with the United Kingdom's State authority in the processing of this matter.
Since I do have a Hearing at Medway Magistrates Court on 10 November 2023 at 2 pm for a Trial as attached: LetterfromNKMCHearingTrial10Nov_2pm.pdf I should be grateful for if you would place this correspondence in the Court File for the Magistrate to consider in the event that I am unable to attend personally due to lack of legal representation and mentally ill as attached: FrBrittonHouse(CAREPLAN)DrEmanuellOranusi3July202312JUl2023.docx.
