Dear Dr Shantanu Panigrahi,

Thank you for contacting the Legal Ombudsman.

The Legal Ombudsman investigates complaints about legal service providers based in England and Wales (solicitors or barristers who have carried out legal work on your behalf). We are therefore unable to assist you with your complaint about the police. You may wish to raise your complaint with the Independent Office for Police Conduct as we believe they are the appropriate organisation to assist you. Their contact details are:

Kent Police

I received the linked Care Plan from Britton House a couple of days ago:

CARE PLAN DOCUMENTATION FROM BRITTON HOUSE (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/care-plan-documentation-from-britton-house and reject its findings considering it to be a cover up of the terrible actions over me by Kent Police with regard to the allegations on which I am suspected, namely malicious emails received by Katrina Sale since July 2021, staff of BPLaw, bp educational establishments, and others that are all documented in my websites and books that Kent Police have in its possession from the seizure of four computers, 4 memory Sticks, 2 Mobile Phones, and two Amazon pads. Britton House have over these past 18 months been complicit with the terrorism that Kent Police has mounted on me.

I repeat that I am the sanest person in the world today if not one who has ever walked the face of the Earth and never do anything mischievous or that is unlawful.

I did not send out any malicious emails; these reported to Kent Police were arranged by forces of the State out to destroy my reputation by getting me into trouble with the law, as has happened with four arrests of myself and a fifth interview voluntarily at Medway Police Station. The Cyber attacks hacked my IP address and sent out the emails as though they came from me in person. Any email with a DIZUM server was a criminal anonymous email that Kent Police should have realised.

Then I was bailed with conditions that are totally unjustifiable, with the bail being extended now until 28September 2023, 1600 hours.

The lack of an interim report or final report on Kent Police's investigations into the said malicious emails for which I am suspected can not be tolerated in any decent civil society.

I have exhausted all due processes of seeking remedy on this vitriolic attack on my character and commitment to better my family life here in the United Kingdom and through my Foundation, https://theconservativelibertariansociety.com.

I will defend myself against any charges that Kent Police pursues in prosecuting this matter, and as stated in my written defence statement of 16 September 2021, attribute the concocted allegations as a means of protecting the Central London County Court from having to issue Directions and Jugement against the Cabinet Office of the government as well as to the University of Greenwich for the workplace harassment and deprivation of my redundancy payment of £55,000 from 1998.

Silence is not the answer, for it delays the inevitable. Truth will come out in the end that I have been victimised by the State authorities for seeking justice since 1998 that destroyed my career and further victimised for having set up an alternative career in Social Media Journalism on a Freelance basis.

So what is Kent Police waiting for: First there was PC Nicholls that I referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct, then PC Evans and now DC Fields.

I have demanded an apology and due compensation to bring matters to a closure in accordance with the link: Automatic reply: Dominique Cole at the ACO Leeds (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/automatic-reply-dominique-cole-at-the-aco-leeds

I will fight on until I get justice in the United Kingdom no matter how long it takes without the assistance of Solicitors as legal representatives like Olives Solicitors who are currently being investigated by the Legal Ombudsman. The structural issues were referred to the Solicitors Regulation Authority in its final stage (Stage 3) of consideration of my complaints against all five Duty Solicitors who were present at the Police Stations when I was interviewed).

Yours sincerely
