Dear CCMCC
As long as I do not need to pay any further Court fees to have Claim E35YM660 against Rishi Sunak the Prime Minister today or Claim J00ME572 against the Chief Constable of Kent Police, these proceedings can take place given that you must have had permission from the Attorney General to write to me following his intervention into my legal affairs over the past 20 days:
Running Commentary on Legal proceedings: 11.18 am (UK-Time) 9 November 2022 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/running-commentar-on-legal-proceedings-11-18-am-uk-time-9-november-2022
It is for the State authorities to decide which Court the Hearing should take place whether under E35YM660 in the Central London County Court against the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom or under J00ME572 in Medway County Court against the Chief Constable of Kent Police. In either event my demand for damages and compensation is £4.4 million from the UK Treasury as the starting point for the negotiations for I have been victimised and persecuted over the past 24 years and which intensified over the past decade since I undertook the litigation in the High Court under Claim HQ17X01773 against Kent Police.
Please consider this matter urgently.
Yours sincerely

Dear Sir
Your delay in replying was intolerable for me and was the reason that having run out of funds I turned from being a litigant as well as a private prosecutor of Kent Police and the Prime Minister at Medway County Court and East Kent Magistrates Court respectively to becoming a Defendant in matters relating to these proceedings.
In this regard I have yet to see the full chargesheet from Kent Police to enable me to address the alleged offences by me that I had considered to have been fabricated and concocted by Kent Police as a Hate Crime against me as the attached email shows: ToEastKentMagCourtNorthKentMagMEGAN_CICKentPolice19Oct2022,
When I see the full charge sheet I will look for a Lawyer to assist me with my Defence when it comes to be heard in a Magistrates Court. I have already had communications with the three law firms that this email is being copied to and am waiting for a written reply from Duncan Lewis Solicitors (who were recommended to me by Clodes Solicitors who could not assist me), and from DGB Solicitors who had said on the telephone that they did not have a specialist in this area of law, but I need this in writing from this Law Firm because part of my Defence against the perpetrators of this 25 year long Hate Crime against me is that the State manipulated 60-70 solicitors and Law Firms that I had approached over the past 20 years not to cooperate with me.
Yours sincerely

Dear Sirs
With the greatest of respects to who sent me the attached email on behalf of Deputy District Judge Harvey (FrShanPanigrahi(CAE)MedicalCentres21Sep2022.docx in relation to my following linked communication with the Court: Lawyers are in short supply in the United Kingdom, I need one immediately | The Conservative Libertarian Party of USA (odoo.com) https://the-conservative-libertarian-party-of-usa.odoo.com/blog/our-blog-1/lawyers-are-in-short-supply-in-the-united-kingdom-i-need-one-immediately-4 I am aghast that a blockade has been enforced on me to restrict me that is tantamount to a Restraining Order from the Judge.
I have claimed £3.5 million in damages and compensation from Kent Police and it iis awaiting the Directions of the Judge at the Administrative Court of Kings Bench HIgh Court as linked here: RE: DAMAGES AND COMPENSATION: CLAIMS TO ME: HQ17X01773, E35YM660, JOOME572, OTP-CR-76/22 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com)

The attached interrogation and arrest matter has still not been resolved by the Court concerned be that Medway County Court in relation to the Injunction that I sought against the Chief Constable of Kent Police, as attached: Document_2022-05-13_152026.pdf; n1-eng KentPolice UpdateJune2022.pdf.
In light of this the email sent on behalf of Deputy District Judge Harvey is grossly unfair and unwarranted, and I wish to reinstitute my Appeal against the Directions endorsed as explained here.
Yours sincerely
