Dear Lucy 61857
Your advice now is what I clearly assumed was the case when I booked the Speed Awareness Course on 26 October 2022 but due to crossed lines as I explained to Kent Drivers Education, I had asked for the 11 January 2022 appointment booked to be rescheduled as attached:ToKDE_kentgovuk(SpeedBookingConfirmation2Nov2022.docx. Now they are saying that it cannot be rescheduled due to the limited time-frame within which I have to do the Course. This is the source of the problem, as you will understand. Then there is the matter of the attached email that I received from Kent Police: L02122-Complaint Outcome.pdf, which states categorically that I have not been offered the Speed Awareness Course but am required to pay a fine instead. I had not received any email prior to receipt of this email stating that I am required to pay a fine and not do the Speed Awareness Course which was therefore supposedly clearly a decision of Kent Police to 'offer' me and not a choice that I am entitled to decide upon as you now state.
Secondly, for the past year since I was unceremoniously arrested by Kent Police on 24 November 2021 from Challenge.trg where I was working, I have repeatedly asked for the full chargesheet to be made available to me under Freedom of Information Request so that I know what I did wrong by way of offences that I was arrested for and in regard to which Kent Police continue to keep our seized desk-top computer, Amazon Fire, USB Memory Stick and Mobile phone and has not removed the Biometric data collected on me This chargesheet has not been issued to me so I am left in uncertainty as to my future involvements in society.
I do hope that both these matters can be clarified to me as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely

Good evening,
We cannot advise whether you should pay the fine or attend the speed awareness course, it is completely your decision. The PDF you have provided has a lot of information and I cannot understand what information you require from us.

Dear Sir/Madam
I looked through the website and tried to fill in the form but found it to be unsuitable for two reasons. I could not explain the complexity of the matter in depth as I had been able to provide you in my email which is updated as attached: CHICKENS COMING HOME TO ROOST.pdf. I also do not use the post for any of my communications as I feel that the email system on the internet is better for the environment.
Further, it would appear from your lack of a comprehensive assessment on whether I should pay a fine for the Speeding Offence of 5 October 2022 on my part or attend the Speed Awareness Course of 11 January 2022 that is tentatively booked, that I do not wish to provide me with my request for up-to-date information on this and the Arrest matter. So be it.
Yours sincerely
