After receiving this email, I dialled Britton House to speak to Issac in order to obtain a medical certificate as Sick Note explaining that I am not medically fit for any interviews or attendance in Court whether voluntary or through compulsory-arrest.
Issac was not available to respond immediately. As soon as I receive the appropriate document, I will send it to you and Medway Magistrates Court.

You have been very selective in your assessment of what we discussed over the telephone conversation. My record is as follows:
At 9.20 am my Mobile Phone rang. DC Katie Field it was. She said that she had received an email from me, not from me but from what I sent Kent Police that I cannot attend the Voluntary Interview on Monday. I straightaway replied that I was in bad health, very psychotic and very depressed. Britton House will phone me today or on Monday. I have a lot of difficulty remembering things. I have been a mental patient for 25 years. I have asked for my medication to be changed to lurasidone or aripiprazole as risperidone is not working. She asked who my GP was. I replied you have to speak to the Community Mental Health Team in Britton House. She asked if I had a Phone Number for them. I said if you search for ‘Britton House’ and press option 1 you will get to the Community Mental Health Team. Ask for Issac. She asked who Issac is. I said he is one of the Team Member. I had an appointment with a Consultant Psychiatrist on 26 May but it was cancelled due to him going on vacation. I have spoken to Issac a few times since I was arrested on 20 April 2023. I said then that I also use a psychotherapist Jill Jesson who uses hypnotherapy. She said to that ‘That is interesting’. She then asked when I would be able to come for the Voluntary interview, in a week’s time? I said, if they give me the right medications of lurasidone that will make me better. Please speak to Issacs. I have paranoid schizophrenia, persistent delusional disorder, depression, autism and mood instability. I call myself mentally-reduced person. I write spontaneously, that is why my emails and such are confusing. I write autistically. You can get a report from Britton House. She said Ok I will call you again on Tuesday. I said that I wanted to help but am not medically fit to do so.
Further, I had said in the email attached (ToKentPoliceccOlivesSoilicitorsKMPTPALSRashmi(Voluntary Interview Cancellation Postponement.docx, that I need point-by-point listing of all the materials beginning with the 27 PCNicholls-Katrina Sale documents, the bp documents, the BLM Law documents, the educational establishment documents which should be sent to me in their original versions of the documents by email; and further, all the concerns what I have blogged in my websites and in my autobiography to be spelt out sent to me by email incorporating Kent Polices assessment of how they fall within the scope of the Harassment Act and Malicious Communications Act to constitute offences; Kent Polices findings of which of the email documents that constitute alleged harassment and malicious communication Kent Police now believes were sent my me in person from one of the four computers that you have possession of and which were sent by MI5, Moldova State Security Services, the United States Pentagon and its agents, Victims of Panigrahi Association, and the Brazilian authorities.
These assessments would need to be done in writing which will then enable me to prepare for the Voluntary Interview at Medway Police Station n due course.

I will call you on Tuesday 23rd May 2023 to re-arrange the VAI when you are feeling better.
I would recommend keeping in contact with Isaac your Community Mental Health Worker and contacting Live well Kent on 0800 567 7699 for more support if you continue to feel this way.
Also the Medway Council website provides a lot of supportive information on Mental Health/depression and agencies that may be able to support you.
