If you look through the original enquiry I made to Quiggs Golden Solicitors Limited as attached ToQuiggGoldenSolitorsLinmited(LEGAL ADVICE AND REPRESENTATION.docx) my main issue is as linked here: CA-2023-000750 PROCEEDINGS (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com)
Any Law Firm should have been able to advise me on this, including Invicta Law and RKB Legal Services.
Still, I am now unrepresented in Court.

Dear Invicta Law
I am sorry that I was being presumptuous that Invicta Law was one of three Law Firms who the Law Society informed me as possibilities for employing to advise and representing me when I sent the attached correspondence to the Independent Office for Police Conduct: ToIOPCccInvictaLaw(Apologise) 17 Aug2023.docx. The Law Society were wrong to not have checked with your details in this regard before sending me the information.
That leaves me RKB Legal Services and Quiggs Golden Solicitors Limited to contact me with their positions one way or the other. I will wait for their replies to this email or telephone calls until 6.00 pm today at the very latest before searching the Law Society website directly without going through the the support centre of the Law Society.
