Dear Dr Panigrahi
You sound to be having a very difficult time with the uncertainty around the legal case and feelings that you are being victimised.
I'm concerned to hear that you don't know how to cope with life any more and have felt depressed and suicidal. This is a safe place to talk about these thoughts, perhaps you could tell us some more, for example how strong the thoughts are for you.
You express a wish to have the latitude to express yourself clearly and we are here to listen if you still want to do this.
You can call Samaritans free on 116 123 day or night, 365 days a year, from any phone in the UK or Republic of Ireland. A trained volunteer will answer the phone as soon as they can.
When you email us, we aim to respond within 24 hours. This means it will usually be several hours before someone reads your email. If you need urgent support, we can respond more quickly if you call.
