Dear Companies House Adjudicator
1. It is against against the human rights of my Party members not be permitted to have a democratically electable political party in the United Kingdom as in any other country which members of the respective public can vote for because the candidates standing in their constituencies under the label of a religious name (in our case Conservative Libertarians (Vishista Advaitists) are targeting services to the Section of the electorate with a religious persuasion by voting to express their submission to the will of God and on the explicity belief that the Party is being submitted to the electorate as the worship of God in what is known as karma in sanatan dharma: and which the Electoral Commission has adjudicated as a major reason for rejection of the Application in its words: 'In addition to the above issues, we have identified the following matters relating to the Equality Act. The constitution states the party “Will only select candidates who are religious to the principles of Vishista Advaita enunciated by the founder of the Sampradaya in the United Kingdom”. This is likely to directly discriminate against those who are not of this religious belief – this is a protected characteristic under section 10 of the Equality Act 2010. We recommend that you consider amending your candidate selection in line with the Equality Act'
2. Whilst I acknowledge that there are technical reasons that we had not provided sufficient clarification on the matter of the Emblem that was corrected, (see attachments:
Financial Scheme of Conservative Libertarians (Vishista Advaitists) - 14 Nov 2025
DharmaWheel
Constitution and the Financial Scheme both as attached: Constitution of Conservative Libertarians (Vishista Advaitists) -14November2025.pdf, the Commission has missed the Central argument on what is suggested to be a violation of the law.
Please adjudicate accordingly.
Yours sincerely
