Dear Companies House
From your records you may be able to glean that I have complained about foul play in attempts to sabotage my Company, The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited (Company Number 13489581).
I, Dr Shantanu Panigrahi, is the sole Director of the Company, that has the assurance when I listed the Company with Companies House that we will engage in activities such as creation of websites, pamphlets and books (currently 231 eBooks have been written all of which have been submitted to British library to fulfil our legal requirements).
This work has been scuppered by Stripe Banking Services in withdrawing banking support to our websites from out of the blue without any explanation and due process.
HMRC has itself been involved in the terrorism that we as a Company have had to endure with regard to the processing of Company Tax Returns and periodic fines imposed that were only withdrawn upon protest.
This latest decision from HMRC not to immediately rectify its issue reported is but the latest example of this sabotaging of the Company.
All this sabotaging has been perpetrated by the blessing of the Court authorities of the United Kingdom.
I trust this explanation is sufficient for your purposes.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Unfortunately Companies House is unable to offer advice on any matters relating to tax. I suggest you contact the Inland Revenue (HM Revenue and Customs) whose website address is https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/hm-revenue-customs
Companies House acts primarily as a registry of company information, our statutory duty is to register documents in line with the Companies Act and make them available for public inspection.
Companies may well be registered with us as a limited company but we are simply a company's registry, we do not licence companies or underwrite their activities.
The Registrar acts as a public registry and has no statutory investigative powers.

Dear Mark
Thank you for your support in accordance with the linked consultations: https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/adjudication-on-claims-j00me572-e35ym660-ca-2023-00750
The accreditation certificate that The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited is a religious organization and not a political organization as discussed with the State authorities including Stripe Banking Services is essential for us to continue with our activities on a business as usual status.
I expect HMRC in consultation with Companies House will now conduct this necessary examination of this matter for I did not receive any communications from any party that were sent the above cited email this morning.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
