Good morning,

Thank you for your email.

I can see this domain expired on 14/08/2022 and we allow a 90 day grace period for domains to be renewed, we are not able to extend this. If the domain name has not been renewed 90 days after the expiry time it will enter a 5-day “pending delete” period where it will be placed in a queue to be deleted and will no longer be possible for you to renew.

If you want to keep this domain you will need to contact your registrar (domain provider), ASCIO, to renew the domain. They can be contacted by phon eon +45 33 88 61 00, by email at or via their website at

In the next few days our emails may be followed by a quick survey. Please can I ask you kindly to complete this, as your feedback would be much appreciated.

For every survey completed Nominet will donate £2.50 to Action for Children, with whom Nominet has partnered since 2020 to help improve digital skills and provides online safety education for foster carers.

You can read about the valuable work they do throughout the UK here across 512 services that provide practical and emotional support in children’s centres, foster homes and children’s homes.

If you need any further help or need me to talk you through any of the above then please feel free to contact me on 01865 332244 or via live chat at and I would be happy to help you.

Kind regards,

Who are we? (Nominet)

We are the official registry for all .UK domain names. We are not your registrar (domain name provider), nor do we directly manage your domain name.

What is a registrar?

Your registrar is your domain name provider. They automatically register your domain name with us on your behalf when you purchase it, and they are the ones that manage your domain name for you.

I've already paid for a renewal?

Our records show your domain name: has expired. If you think you’ve already paid, you’ll need to contact your registrar using the credentials above.

What’s the quickest way of sorting this out?

Please contact your registrar directly using the details above.

If you don’t recognise the company listed as your registrar, you may be dealing with a third party such as a reseller or a web designer. Please contact them for further help.
