Further to my email to you yesterday evening as attached: ToBeckettBloomfieldLegalServicesLtd(BLMLaw)10Aug2022, I am being further persecuted by a combination of national and international agents of governments, in this case the government of the United Kingdom and the government of India as you will read from the following criminal anonymous email that I have received this morning to defame me and damage my international reputation as a researcher and author of 67 books under the title, 'The Allurement of Reality' based on my 49 years of conscientious scientific methodology on the study of Hunanology.
I must emphasise that I am totally against violence in physical form and reject Judicial Executions, let alone non-Judicial executions, of even the most hardened criminal anywhere on this planet Earth: It is called paramarthika dharma and is the basis of the dharmayudha that I engage in to do what is right by persuasion rather than imposition.
This criminal has distorted my views: although some parts are right: I was totally against the destruction of the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya in India and did wish to have a Person of Indian Origin Card to facilitate my educational career as a Visiting Professor in one or more of the Universities in Indian to promote my version of Vishista-advaita Sampradaya having had personal evidence that satisfied me of a merciful and benevolent God whose good name is being besmirched by Satan-evil criminals in the 21 Century.
Please do something about it at the Medway County Court under Claim J00ME572 which needs an Application Form to resusicitate the discontinued proceedings against the Chief Constable of Kent Police who must be assumed to have sent me this criminal anonymous email this morning: Document_2022-05-15_152026.pdf.

I hereby give notice I've resolved to "remove", by Semijudicial Execution, the humanimal Prime Minister of the Republic of India, Pujaniya Narendra Modi. I believe the N.Kent Justices warrant granted to me permits this.
Over recent years, I repeatedly dream of executing that behnchod P.M. Shri Narendra Modi for his oppressive crimes under his nationalistic government in place against humanity and genocides, most specially against the Indian subcontinent's Muslim minorities. All these are covered in my successful
British Cases HQ17X01773, E35YM660 and J00ME572. But his guilt also extends to participation in direct crimes over 24 years against me, starting from my persecution at the NRI, Natural Resources Institute for Non-Resident Indians, for orchestrating the criminal activities of his employees such as
the demonic clerk in the Ministry of Home Affairs in New Delhi by name of Dr Shivaji Panesar, and his professor of parapsychology in Manipur or Manipal, Dr Nitin J. Bhardwaj, who have been instrumental in destroying my family life my right to which is enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rites and other proceedings. With the complicity of the Supreme Courts of both countries, he denied my right to a Person of Indian Origin card and caused me much distress.
With my 2003 faxes to Mr Bertrand Ramacharan, the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, and the subsequent denial of a full hearing in the General Assembly of the United Nations in New York, I had finally exhausted the legal avenues to prevent this Modi from attaining the PM's office, which he managed ten years later. Mr Kofi Annan abdicated from his sworn duties and declined to be involved in the proceedings not-withstanding my strongest condemnation of the destruction of the famous monuments such as the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya allegedly built on a Rama Temple but no one knows from when. Madarchod Chief Minister Modiji encouraged archeological material of dubious genuineness to be used to justify the sacriligeous act perpetrated in the name of Rama, who is God only and thus brought Ishwar himself into disrepute by trying to give him a locus standi in the Uttar Pradesh High Court. Similarly, the atrocities and inhuman crimes done against gentle innocent Muslims in Gujarat must never be overlooked. The worst crime was his involvement as C.M. in preventing my elevation to the position of U.N. Director of Sustainable Development as far back as February 1998. Should Modi's mobile, registered under his alias of Ahluwalia, be seized we will see his involvement with dearie crook Joyce Darling at UOG the year before.
These lawful and proportionate acts by me were retaliated against by harassment by the Indian High Commission, mainly the Deputy HC in Edinburgh. Its email to me of October 15 2015 revealed that I must refer my grievance not to the local booth but to the Supreme Court of India. I then promptly
demanded an apology from P.M. Narendra Modi before I would ever even briefly consider applying for an Indian passport ever again. Now it was up to Modi alone how he tackled the international crisis show his true mettle or calibre.
Simultaneously, I published articles calling for the expulsion of the Indian High Commissioner, suar-ke-bacche Yashvardhan Kumar Sinha for his participating in destroying me. My article "Application to have the Indian High Commissioner expelled from the United Kingdom" is archived, foiling COBRA attempts to kill shantanup.wordpress.com before its contents could be saved for which the morons still have my danda up their gaand. I blogged it as "Restoration of Queen Dethronement Proceedings with Compensation Payment at Medway County Court" and tweeted two corrupt British journalists (Toby Young and Andrew Neil) and also Narendra Modi directly, so he cannot plead ignorance!
But, Modi never responded to any of this, or to my 2022 application for the Arrest Warrant where I applied that "Narendra Modi be ordered to pay the Appellant £100,000 for 24 years of harassment in blocking the Public Interest Litigation at the Supreme Court of India". I put before the Highest
Court, that of public opinions, the matter of deliberate mishandling of my P.I. Litigation against Narendra Modi in person designed toforce a summons for him to appear before the Justice of the Supreme Court to answer the charge that over the past 20 years since I first asked to go back to India
after the State-organised destruction of my scientific career, the jaanbhosadiwale Government of India has acted unconstitutionally as a slave to the U.K. even though India pretends to be a Republic.
These irreconcilable differences between us prevent dharmarashtra being established first in India and then worldwide. Later when dealing with my visa application, Mr Mathai at hc.office@hcilondon.in seemingly approved of my plan.
Such a "removal", an euphemism of choice, of a tamasic leader would not be an assassination or murder, which are both legally and morally degenerate crimes, because there would be a cloak or veneer of semijudicial approval and due process. It is for this reason I give you notification of my
intentions and invite your review and fair criticism as long as it is accompanied by assistance with clarifying the most efficacious way to carry out the removal while minimising suffering to all concerned as must be a prime consideration for a sincere and dutiful vishishta-advaitist. I will be
relying on the Gita-based exception that allow the dharmayudhi to commit this to prevent a greater evil injustice. I trust that is understood.
The British unwritten and Indian written Constitutions will both be clarified by this proposed act, for which valuable service I shall expect in due course to make a lawful costs application in this regard and I warn all concerned parties that it will be substantial.
The site of the "removal" needs a careful consideration study, because dealing with the apradhi when he is visiting the United Kingdom might be most convenient, it might involve a long delay incompatible with the cause of justice. The sentence is more likely to be carried out in my matrabhoomu while I am visiting which is problematic due to ongoing visa issuance issues. Upon reflection, I consider it unwise to state the intended purpose on any such forms I submit, no matter what contrary advice is rendered by Bury (Caldicott) who lurks in the background and whose voices I sometimes hear. He was not persuaded by similar helpful written misdiagnoses in 2019 by Dr Prabhat Mahapatra
FRCPsych and Dr Nilamadhav Kar MRCPsych which were recklessly made in absentia at a distance, so it has greater persuasiveness.
Mr Michael Kingham of SLAMM also provided me with such a useful escape document.
Because some of you are my lawyers like Wai Leung & Co who operate laundry and takeaway services as a sideline and troll me by calling me 'Panigraphi' you must guide me as to the best path to safely navigate securing my liberty after the event, relying on the statistic that people with Antisocial
Personality Disorder or Paranoid Schizophrenia are rarely if ever successfully convicted in the USA or UK of Capital Crimes like murder or rape. I drew up a list of more than 40 such encouraging Cases. However, I am unsure of doctrinal applicability in India.
As to my family, whom I know by majority will support and encourage me, I made the following determinations. My daughter Rupa, 31, is sympathetic but a little cautious. My authorisation for the "removal" is as kalki avatar of Krishna, as confirmed indirectly by Inter-Services Intelligence (I.S.I.), whom I clarify will play no role in the intended "removal".
I now await your feedback and guidance about my proposed spontaneous humanitarian action. For Rs 1,000 crore I will abstain from it and save both countries a major diplomatic scandal.
