Thank you for your recent communications stating that you are seeking more information from the GP Surgery on my mental conditions as these have changed since 1997 to date.
You should not that I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the Consultant Pscyhiatrists who never asked me the sort of questions as a Pscyhotherapist does and so you need to take the Report into account in formulating your final reply before 16 January 2023 as I have a Court Hearing with a Circuit Judge at the Central London County Court on 20 January 2023 to hear my Application on Claim E35YM660, and my mental condition is central the disposal of the Case, as attachedL ToCentLonCtyCrt (Hearing of 20 January 2023 on E35YM660)2Dec2023.docx.

I had my first consultation with Simon Taylor, Pscychotherapist (The Dynamic Therapist) over half and hour after giving him my Client Quesioinnaire as attached:EMAIL CLIENT WELL BEING QUESTIONNAIRE (ONLINE)RESPONSE.docs; Report of a consultation with Dynamic Therapist Simon Taylor2 Dec2023.docx.
The first lady was more of a Physiotherapist so I have asked her to assist my wife with her back and thigh disorder.
From what you know of me how does this Report look to you: do you think Simon is a good Psychotherapist?
