I thought I had copied in the Magistrates Court with a few of my communications that make the Case for a conspiracy of Hate Crime Perpetrated on me for over a decade but which VOPA insist started in 1997 when I was an employee of the University of Greenwich which stole £55,000 of redundancy payment/or a higher amount if I had been medically discharged from its service, as attached here: ToSamaritans(Distressed&Suicidal).docx.
The allegations of the detailed conspiracy overseen by the Chief Constable of Kent Police are attached in the Claim Form that I filed at the Medway County Court this May, as attached: Document_2022-05-13_152026.pdf, and its associated Money Claims Form n1-eng Kent Police UpdateJune2022.pdf.
Additionally, the terrorism took the form of the attached documents sent to me by lawyers acting for the Chief Constable of Kent Police: 2022.06.01 Dr Panigrahi letter out.pdf; 2022.06.07 Dr Panigrahi letter out(1).pdf; Emails from nobody@dizum.com to BLM 25.05.22-04.06.22(1)PDF.
However the most excruciatingly painful was the false arrest of myself on 24 November 2021 by Kent Police after I had clarified that I had nothing to do with the malicious emails that are supposed to have been received by Katrin Sale of the Conservative and Unionist Party, and not letting me have access to my barrister Mr Forz Khan while I was in custody, and not even providing me with a Duty Solicitor on this occasion. There was no search warrant or arrest warrant, and the events of 24 November 2021 were highly irregular as attached: Events of 24 November 2021.docx; NorthKentPoliceReleasewithoutbail.pdf, when PCNichols was aware of my medical condition as attached: MedCertDrMwanche29Nov2021.pdf.
The confiscation of our desktop computer, my USB Memory Stick, Amazon Fire and Mobile Phone was done surreptitiously and we have not received these back nearly a year since the event.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Two years ago, I issued an arrest summons on the Chief Constable of Kent Police which it was decided did not provide sufficient elaboration of the precise nature of the allegations of Hate Crime perpetrated on me by Kent Police under the supervision of the Chief Constable of Kent Police Mr Alan Pughesley.
As you will note from the email that you have sent this autoreply to there is now ample grounds for the private prosecution that I first started at Maidstone Crown Court several years ago but which did not get a satisfactory response and this was followed by your judgment.
Unfortunately for me Kent Police without a search warrant or an arrest warrant confiscated our desk-top computer and associated materials containing the Order of your Judge on the preliminary decision of East Kent Magistrates Court, so that I do not have access to the document now.
Kindly send me a copy of the first judgment issued by the Court again so that I can take legal advice and representation from the continuing silence of the authrorities perpetrating this Hate Crime in synchrony.
