Dear Sirs

You will recall that a year or so ago I had put in a Claim for compensation in lieu of the seizure of our Desk-top computer, Amazon Fire, USB Stick and Mobile Phone by PC Nicholls on 24 November 2021. When there was no reply from PC Nicholls, at 11.25 am today I telephoned 101 for Kent Police and told the Operator that I am Shantanu Panigrahi phoning from 3 Hoath Lane, Wigmore, Gillingham in Kent where I live. In November 2021 the said materials were taken away by PC Nicholls but I have now been told that these can be returned to us if someone could bring them to our house. The operator said, we will not bring them to your house, you have to come to the Police Station and collect them. She asked me for my local Police Station and I said it was Medway Police Station in Pursers Way. She said that she would put me through to Properties at Kent Police. An extension rang for about 15-20 times and then the line seemed to have been deliberately cut off as it did not go back to the Operator.

Please also bear in mind my demand for £5 million in compensation from Kent Police/UK-Treasury for 25 years of me having to endure mental brutality, persecution for my religious practices, victimisation for seeking justice, terrorism through Victims of Panigrahi Association, humiliation, obstruction of justice by Kent Police, National Health Service and Court officials, and humiliation in conspiracy as part of State-organised Hate Crime as summarised here: ToMichaelGordonccPSDKentPoliceEastKentMagSRA(PROGRESS IN MATTERS OF INTEREST ON CONSITUTIONAL LAW)21Mar2023.pdf.

A simple apology is not enough although the value of the compensation package is negotiable.
