Dear Ms Garande
I have spent some time this afternoon examining the documents that you have sent as attached FrLegalOmbudsman(InformationRights)22June2022, and will redraft my Particulars of Claim raising questions as they come up, but it would not be possible for me to do so within the 30 day period that you say that the material would be available to me through Egress. Kindly extend this period of availability to 6 months at the very least.
In looking through the materials I found unless I missed it that there is no mention of BLM Law and Orla Scanlan who the Solicitor Regulation Authority was examining and it said that they might take 35 -45 days before issuing me with their considered response to the complaint against BLM Law. Please clarify that the Legal Ombudsman is not investigating this Law Firm for unethical conduct of proceedings under Claim J00ME372 of Medway County Court and that the case is solely with the Solicitors Regulation Authority. The following details would be relevant to assess by the relevant legal authorities as I did not get a reply from any of the parties to whom the email was sent.
