1. I had considered it necessary that simultaneous to the Injunction and money claims application served on the Chief Constable of Kent Police for false arrest and subsequent intrusions into my privacy most notably by continuing to keep the seized computer and associated IT devices since 24 November 2021, that Parliamentary scrutiny of the Judicial to include the associated bodies such as the Legal Ombudsman and the Solicitors Regulation Authority and Law Enforcement (Police, M15) would be appropriate but the government is not amenable to undertake the latter course as you will note from the lack of an acknowledgement to the following email that I sent earlier this morning to Sir Graham Brady, the Chair of the 1922 Committee of the Conservative Party following the refusal of the government legal department to do the same.
2. Only Your Honour can order the government to undertake the means that I have indicated for the denazification of the United Kingdom and be totally independent of its other western allies including the United States of America to once and for all terminate the cosy 'special relationship' as partners-in-crime on both the domestic and international arenas. 2. I was told that it would be 6-8 weeks before a Listing for a Hearing can be arranged by the Court due to the hundreds of other cases pending consideration.
