Further as Vicky Randall has not contacted me for three weeks from MEGAN CiC for counselling support in relation to my mental health issues, the State of the United Kingdom has steadfastly deprived me of proper medical treatment: I have waited 3 years for a MRI Scan of my prostate, and there is no support for me from the Community Mental Health Team at Britton House since they discharged me on two occasions last summer following 20 years of mental disorder treatment twice in mental hospitals. The Medway County Court directed a Listing for a Hearing but is not saying that no Judge was involved in issuing that direction. How could it be that my application for Default Judgement on 13 June 2022 when Kent Police failed to produce its Defence to my Application for an Injunction and Money Claims for damages and compensation could be delayed until 27 Octeber 2022 for a Hearing for Directions. Who Directs? All the submissions have been made by the Claimant and the Defendant. There is nothing to add from either party. So it is a ploy to get me into its sight for further persecution from the madarchod demons of the State of the United Kingdom.
