I had a few email exchanges with DS Seamark over the past couple of weeks, and so as to not waste any Police time pending the assessment of the attached interrogation and arrest matter (NorthKentPolicReleasewithoutbail.pdf) I will now withdraw, without prejudice, the complaint attached: FrOperationalManagerPSDKentPolice26May2022.docx

However, as you must be aware, there is an Injunction and Money Claims application against Kent Pollce at Medway County Court under Claim Number J00ME372 for which a Listing seems to have been directed by the Judge from the information that I have received.

Pending the resolution of the Claim in accordance with what the Judge now decides is the way forward for the Claim, I need an update on the arrest/interrogation of stalking and harassment for two reasons, namely we need to decide whether to now purchase a new desktop computer for our home to replace the one that was taken away by Kent Police for forensic examination on 24 November 2021, and also an Amazon tablet (I have already acquired a new Mobile phone for my personal needs); and because I have overnight applied for a few jobs locally so need to be available for work so that the date for the completion of your investigation is important.
