1. Please refer to the following email from Kent County Council and its attached correspondence: CourseBookingCancellation.pdf; and my email to you this morning that it is responding to ToDriverDiversionKentPoliceConditionalOffer(FixedPenaltyRejected)16Nov2022.docs, in relation to the proceedings in the Central London County Court: CLAIM E35YM660 & CLAIM J00ME572 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/claim-e35ym660-claim-j00me572

2. I consider this turn of events as further terrorism by Kent Police on me and my family that has been going on for the past decade under the noses of the Judicial authorities and the Attorney General and Parliament of the House of Commons at large. Please submit this email to the Magistrates Court. I will not be attending the Court ever because you are all part of the State that has been perpetrating the Hate Crime on me all along.

Your immediate reply is warranted

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
