Are there any proceedings outstanding at the Central London County Court in respect of Claim E35YM660? If so, kindly examine the following discrepancies:
(a) FrKentPolice Freedom of Information)25Jan2023.docx
(b) I received the below email from the Samaritans and immediately on receipt telephoned Britton House and spoke to the receptionist. I said that I had received mixed messages, one from KMPT PALS who said that a medication review will be conducted by a doctor on me, but when I spoke to you about 10 days ago I was told that I would have an appointment with a Consultant Psychiatrist, so which is correct. She said looking up the computer records that it is a medication review with a Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Nyeko. I said that I have not received this letter. She said that she will post it today. I said it is very important that the appointment is with a Consultant Psychiatrist. She confirmed for 6 March 2023 at 10.45 am..
Then Rashmi pointed out that it clashed with her appointment at Spire Alexandra on the same day at 10 of clock so I tried to telephone Britton House again but no one answered the telephone. So I dialled Spire Alexandra and arranged for Rashmi’s appointment with Dr Imran Rafiq to the held on the 13 of March 2023 at 10.00 am.

I wish to conclude proceedings under Claim E35YM660 because I wish to get on with the rest of my life, although deep down I am aggrieved that I did not receive an apology and compensation from the Cabinet Office for the victimisation, persecution, terrorism and defrauding of my financial dues. I am drawing a line under the proceedings in other words, given that The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited is not able to publish any further materials in Lulu Publishing that disabled my Account such that this source of income has been denied to me. The following correspondence with the Samaritans explains that I am not resentful and look forward to an active life in part-time employment as my psychotherapist Jill Jesson has suggested for me to take up.
Please acknowledge this submission and give me a clean bill of health that I have never sought to harm anyone, do anything wrong in terms of committing offences that Kent Police had arrested me for on 24 November 2021 and again in 23 November 2022, and it was Kent Police's decision that my discharge of the liability on the 5 October Speeding Offence is not necessary through my attendance at a Speed Awareness Course.

The legal proceedings seem to have come to an end and whilst truth has prevailed in the sense that truth being reality has been distilled to expose everything, only history will be able to judge from my autobiography as to whether I got justice in the British Justice System. Justice is a concept that is utterly subjective, but so long as one adheres on the truth-path, one lives another day and learns what humanity consists of. I had coined the word Humanology a decade ago to denote my studies of the way human beings live. And it has been an entertaining part of my research.
Be that as it may I am now seemingly considering what to do about the Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited in terms of winding it up as the Query that I had asked HMRC to resolve for me in conjunction with Companies House is receiving short shrift as you will note from the attached correspondence.
Whether it was my paranoid state of mind or something genuine in terms of conspiracy therories that often get news coverage, I am not too sure even after 25 years in the doldrums eking out a living with no damages and compensation paid to me by the State, let alone an apology for what I perceived to be State-sponsored terrorism. I am not an angry person but just plod along nonchalantly, spontaneously and unpremeditatedly along what I determine to be the truth path that has made me calm and peaceful despite considerable upheavals.
I did promise you that I will always keep my correspondence complete come what may so long as I do not end up in a mental hospital or a prison cell the way things are going even now.
