To Court Manager Dear Sirs

In light of the following delays of more than 35 days envisaged at the Solicitors Regulation Auhority and new harassment from Santander Bank this morning as attached: Fr&ToSantanderBank(ContinuingFraud)10May2022 which I find unsatisfactory for my needs to avert the relentkless Defamation on me implicit in the ongoing proceedings seemingly organised by the State authorities using Kent Police as its agency, has the Court decided on whether Kent Police is obliged to submit a Defence document to the Court, copied to me, before 13 June 2022? Further, if Kent Police does not submit a Defence Document by this date kindly advise me if I should write again for Default Judgement or will the Court issue this automatically of £3.4 million including my Costs. Yours sincerely Dr Shantanu Panigrahi 3 Hoath Lane Wigmore Gillingham Kent ME8 0SL Tel 07967789619 ----- Forwarded message ----- : Fw: Professional ethics of Law Firms (Claim J00ME372) From: Contactcentre <contactcentre@sra.org.uk> To: shantanupanigrahi@yahoo.com <shantanupanigrahi@yahoo.com> Sent: Monday, 30 May 2022, 09:35:51 BST Subject: Professional ethics of Law Firms (Claim J00ME372) Dear Dr Shantanu Panigrahi, Thank you for your email of 27 May 2022. I have forwarded your email to our Report Team. We would like to tell you some key information about us and how we work. We aim to respond to you within 35-45 working days. In the meantime, we have set out below some answers to frequently asked questions. Our core office hours Our core office hours are 09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday. What to do if your complaint is about poor service We do not normally take action against solicitors where there are allegations of poor service. The Legal Ombudsman deals with these types of complaint. More information about the Legal Ombudsman and how to make a complaint to it, can be found on its website www.legalombudsman.org.uk. What to do if you are seeking legal advice We cannot provide you with legal advice and because we are independent from the legal profession, we cannot tell you which solicitor to use. However, we can give you advice about finding a solicitor who is best suited to your individual needs. More information can be found on our website www.sra.org.uk/consumers/find-use-instruct-solicitor/find-solicitor What we do We protect consumers and the public by regulating and investigating serious concerns raised about solicitors, law firms and their employees in England and Wales.

  • Our Enforcement Strategy sets out how we consider seriousness and the factors we take into account www.sra.org.uk/sra/strategy-2017-2020/sub-strategies/sra-enforcement-strategy.

Where we identify serious breaches of our rules, Standards or Regulations, or serious risks to consumers, the public or the wider public interest, we will take action.

  • However, we close the majority of our investigations without taking any formal regulatory action. This is because:

    • we find that there has not been any serious breach, or

    • where there have been some breaches, the firm or individual has recognised this and has taken steps to make sure they do not happen again.

Your information We aim to be transparent about our investigations wherever possible. f we think it is appropriate to do so, we may disclose the information you have provided to us to the solicitor, the firm and to third parties including those involved in regulating the profession or law enforcement. Please let us know if you have any concerns about this. Did my response help you today? Please let me know if my response helped you today by clicking the feedback button below.

It should take you less than two minutes to complete, and we review all feedback that we receive.

If you have any further queries please contact us. This concerns the way the Firm is dancing around the Injunction Claim n16a-enginjunctionagainstKentPolice20Apr2022.pdf with its associated Money Claim (n1-eng KentPolice UpdateMay2022.pdf. Specifically, I am deeply concerned about the manner in which Kent Police or the Chief Constable of Kent Police is handling the Injunction Appliation through its Civil Claims Department and then through BLM Law, and then intervening through the Professional Standards Department as attached:FrOperationalManagerPSDKentPolice26May2022.docx; Particulars of Damages and Compensation (Claim J00ME372).pdf. If BLM law is certainly instructed by the Chief Constable of Kent Police or Kent Police and I have demanded proof of this by way of letters exchanged between the two parties, I should be entitled to such documentation so that I know who to deal with. As things stand Gary Seamark DS 46011285 of Kent Police did not contact me yesterday as I asked the Operational Manager of Complants PSD to expedite ahead of the Defence Document to the Injunction and Money Claim applcations on which the deadline is 13 June 2022 because Acknowledgement was filed on 19 May 2022 and the Court therefore requires the final defence from BLM law to be filed within 28 days of the date of Service of the Notice of Issue (16 May 2022). All outstanding Kent Police investigations on my interrogation and subsequent arrest needs to be completed before BLM law files this Defence to the Court. Neither BLM law nor the Civil Claims Department of Kent Police is informing me as to its intentions with regards to the legal proceedings under Claim J00ME372. You said that if I copy emails to multiple recipients you will only respond with an acknowledgement. This is why I am writing to you directly concerning the Professional ethics under which Law Firms operate citing the abysmal manner in which these proceedings are continuing. I hope to receive the report of the Solicitors Regulation Authority before 13 June 2022, so that I know whether to dispute the Defence that is inevitably going to be submitted by the Defendant to the Medway County Court.
