Dear Sir/Madam,
Two years ago I issued an arrest summons on the Chief Constable of Kent Police which it was decided did not provide sufficient elaboration of the precise nature of the allegations of Hate Crime perpetrated on me by Kent Police under the supervision of the Chief Constable of Kent Police Mr Alan Pughesley.
As you will note from the email that you have sent this autoreply to there is now ample grounds for the private prosecution that I first started at Maidstone Crown Court several years ago but which did not get a satisfactory response and this was followed by your judgment.
Unfortunately for me Kent Police without a search warrant or an arrest warrant confiscated our desk-top computer and associated materials containing the Order of your Judge on the preliminary decision of East Kent Magistrates Court, so that I do not have access to the document now.
Kindly send me a copy of the first judgment issued by the Court again so that I can take legal advice and representation from the continuing silence of the authorities perpetrating this Hate Crime in synchrony.
