Your Honour
On a review, as linked here:: State-terrorists caught with their pants down throw in another criminal anonymous email to give Kent Police a life-line | Daily Bulletin (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/forum/general-discussion/state-terrorists-caught-with-their-pants-down-throw-in-another-criminal-anonymous-email-to-give-kent-police-a-life-line, I would submit that the correct solution to the matter of the discharge of my Speeding Offence at the Trial of 10 November 2023, 2 pm attached (Letter from NKMC HearingTrial10November 2023_2 pm.pdf) would be for the Magistrates to Order Kent Police to reorganise my Speed Awareness Course at Kent County Council Kent Driver Education that I had booked for 11 January 2023 with the unrefunded payment of £92 Course attendance Fee, or if I have done anything wrong legally, to fine me the Conditional Fixed Penalty of £100 with 3 points on my driving licence.
I will be unrepresented at the Hearing in question should the Court decide that the matter cannot be disposed off earlier in view of the fact that I did not get the opportunity to discuss my plea at the Notice of New Date of Hearing adjourned as attached: Notice of New Date of Hearing NKMC.docx that the Court staff led me to believe was in the offing before a Magistrate sent the matter to Trial.
Yours sincerely
