Your complaint about Barclays Bank UK PLC

I’ve created to separate complaint reference numbers for your complaints against the five seperate business’. This complaint reference is for your complaint against Barclays Bank .

 

When writing to us about your complaint with Barclays Bank, please remember to quote the case reference PNX-5124101-X0C8. This will be a separate complaint to your complaints about Santander, Barclaycard, PayPal and Clear Bank (Tide) to avoid any confusion when you write to us.

 

In addition, when sending us correspondence about each of your complaints, could you send them in separately so that they can be attached to each case without containing information about the other cases. For example when returning each complaint form and final , could you return each one separately, quoting their own separate reference number so they can be added to the correct case reference.

 

I will be emailing you shortly with the rest of your reference numbers.
