To

North Kent Magistrates Court

sitting at Medway Magistrates Court

Your Honour

Many exchanges of communications have taken place over the past 6 months on various aspects of the investigation and the Court has been kept informed by me of the examinations that I have undertaken.

While I am certain that I will be cleared of the Speeding Offence of 5 October 2022, if Kent Police decide to piggy-back in some form the issues of concerns on my conduct in any way shape and form, I should be the first to be told what these are so that I can formulate my rebuttal arguments which will centre along the lines as linked here :Satan-Evil persist with its dastardly acts despite warnings dressed in human garb | Daily Bulletin (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/forum/general-discussion/satan-evil-persist-with-its-dastardly-acts-despite-warnings-dressed-in-human-garb

It would therefore be useful if the Court could set out in clear unambiguous terms what I need to prepare for in my Trial given that I am unrepresented.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
