Dear Honourable Lindsay Hoyle, Speaker of the House of Commons

Since the year 2000, I have contacted successive Speakers to highlight my plight and gone through the rigours of the legal and medical processes of the State to find that 25 years since I was dismissed from the University of Greenwich for an offence of gross misconduct towards colleagues and senior management that I strenuously denied, I was castigated as mentally subnormal and ended up in State mental hospitals on two occassions, the first in 2004 and the second in 2008 for protesting this innocence in the Civil and criminal courts of the United Kingdom and elswehjere internationally.

This evening I find that nothing has changed and I am still owed severance payment of £55,000 from the University of Greenwich whle the Court of Central London awarded costs to the Defendant Mrs Theresa May and successors for litigating against the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom under Claim E35YM660.

I was terrorised and harassed by organiised syndicate of criminals from a decade ago and this intensified when I took Kent Police to task under Claim HQ17X01773 at the Kings Bench division of the High Court and the Administrative Court under Claim CO/1680/2002. I received over a thousand criminal anonymous emails and these were sent to my colleages at the workplace, my consultant psychiatirist at Britton House and my GP Surgeries and associated institutitions.

Then between September 15th 2021 and 24 November 2021 I was interrogated and arrested by Kent Police for allegedly sending malicious emails to various people most notably Katrina Sale of the Conservative and Unionist Party as well as to staff of BLM Law thorugh dizum, Nomen Nescio, and Remailer anonymous servers. The Police took away our desk-top computer, Amazon Fire, USB Memory Stick and my Mobile Phone for what it said would be for forenscis examination and that these items would be returned within 3 months. I strenuously denied sending any malicious emails to anyone and to this day the Pollice has not returned the siezed personal property.

I took out an injunction against Kent Police in Medway County Court under Claim J00ME572, for which no defence was submitted to the court or to me and the Court took no action on this Injunction and its associated Money Claim application for £3.5 million in damages and compensation to me for the 25 years of victimisation and persecution that I suffered in the United Kingdom.

It is clear that the Judicial authorities as well as the Police are hiding under the pretext that I am mentally ill and so the dispute will not be resolved in anyother way except to declare me to be insane.

I am nothing of the sort. I consider myself to be the sanest person on Earth and the sanest who has ever walked on Earth.

So why are the Courts not granting me a Hearing in all of those 25 years in my terms.

I would be grateful if you would raise this matter through your offices and my MP Rehman Chishti who has been uncooperative with me in bringing the matter to the attention of the House of Commons under a Select Committee for a case of a conspiracy of racial discrimination and harassment perpetrated by means of concerted criminal behaviour that involved national and international agents of governements.

In light of the lack of progress, I have cancelled my Blood Test appointment tomorrow at 10.20 am at the Long Catlis Road Surgery and the Physical Health Check with Jane East on 10 October 2022 by text messaging this evening.
