Subject: UPDATE ON CLAIM j00ME572

To

The Court Manager

Medway County Court

Dear Sir/Madam

I know that the Court has insisted that I as Claimant should not impose deadlines on the attached Injunction and Money Claims proceedings but it was the Court's own deadline for submission of Defence by 13 June 2022 or the consideration of the 29 May 2022 application from BLM Law to have the Claim struck out. The Court has not yet made a decision on both aspects of the Claim, and whilst I fully understand that there may be hundreds of Cases in the Court pending Listing so that there may be up to 10 weeks from 13June 2022 for a decision to be announced, I would be grateful for an acknowledgement of this email for legal purposes so that I can make the appropriate arrangements to my prospective empoyer Tesco at Courtney Road Gillingham during my appointment for an interview tomorrow at 15.00 hours for a part-time job that I am keen on. As you know the Tesco has asked whether I have any criminal convictions that need to be disclosed and I have provisionally indicated that the answer is No on the grounds that even the Speeding Offence that I had to pay a Magistrate Court issued fine several years ago is being appealed through the Injunction and Money Claims application.

I am copying this email to BLM Law's Orla Scanlan to keep Kent Police informed that the proceedings will not go away.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
