I took it as the resumption of hostilities that has dragged on for several years with Kent Police still not producing the charge-sheet against me that I need to defend myself against in Court when the matter comes up since I have not received your Apology and Compensation for my alleged Hate Crime still; and for which I would need legal representation now from June Banfield, the last Duty Solicitor appointed at Maidstone Police Station on 23 November 2022 arrest in conjunction with Hyda the Duty Solicitor appointed for me on 16 September 2021 arrest incident. A transcript of the interview at both these venues would also be required for the defence.
Would it be possible for me to be given the contact personal email addresses of these two Duty Solicitors as Vyman Solicitors are not responding with regard to June Banfield?
I would be grateful if you would kindly update me on the proceedings especially in light of the fact that I have heard nothing from East Kent Magistrates Court, North Kent Magistrates Court and Maidstone Crown Court, the Crown Court being the venue that I counterprosecuted Kent Police on the 2017 Speeding Offence on Appeal but on which I do not have the Case number because Kent Police has confiscated our desk-top computer, laptop computer, two USB Memory Sticks and Amazon Fire.
