Medway Magistrates Court
The following confirms the criminality of Kent Police in harnessing Duty Solicitors and Community Mental Health Team as I have brought to the notice of the Magistrates in that this email gives no information on what the complaint is that is supposedly on the agenda for the interview which is said to be voluntary in all but having the implicit threat that a further arrest could be made if I do not accede to the arrangement following the clarification that I provided as attached: ToForceControlKentPolice(Appointment for Interview for Monday 11 May Cancelled)18May2023.doc. The response of the Solicitors Regulation Authority has also been pathetic as attached: FrRachelGwilt(SRA)outcome of SRA assessment Final Decision18May2023.doc.
Above all as with the Kent County Council matter that I brought to the Magistrates attention this morning these two emails also give no opportunity to me reply, as required under the Right to Reply provisions of the Constitution of the United Kingdom, the latter coming from a no-reply email address, so I am bound to bring the matter under the consideration of the Medway Magistrates Court for immediate directions on how the case should proceed in relation to the attached: Notice of New Date of Hearing NKMC.docx, especially in relation to the Bail as attached: ToKentPolice(FinalJudgmentonBail)17May2023.docx.

13.56 pm (UK-Time) 18 May 2023
At 14.08 pm I dialled DC Katie Fields on her own number to see what is happening, but she did not answer and it went to her answerphone. I did not leave a Voicemail to keep my options open.
I had asked for an immediate directions on how the case should proceed and it does incorporate the Harassment/Malicious communications matter which should come out by a response from the Court before the Court closes business today at 5.00 pm. If it does not come to me, then Kent Police has to issue fresh proceedings on charges of offences that I have not yet seen seen to me through a Magistrates Court of the Crown Court and it will progress from there as a separate case.
Nothing more will be published until this matter sees an end so that I have ammunition to Defend my self through the contents of my latest book section, and specifically the email above that I this afternoon have sent to North Kent Magistrates Court. That may be all I need for I will argue that this matter was already incorporated into the proceedings leading up to the 1 June 2023 Hearing that I was denied attendance on despite the evidence that I presented in emails to the Court.
I will leave it till the last minute before deciding whether to go to Medway Police Station on Monday 2023 saying to cover myself that I had already told Medway Magistrates Court that the interview was cancelled. I cannot contact any of the parties from now onwards until Monday morning.
