The following confirms the criminality of Kent Police in harnessing Duty Solicitors and Community Mental Health Team as I have brought to the notice of the Magistrates in that this email gives no information on what the complaint is that is supposedly on the agenda for the interview which is said to be voluntary in all but having the implicit threat that a further arrest could be made if I do not accede to the arrangement following the clarification that I provided as attached: ToForceControlKentPolice(Appointment for Interview for Monday 11 May Cancelled)18May2023.doc. The response of the Solicitors Regulation Authority has also been pathetic as attached: FrRachelGwilt(SRA)outcome of SRA assessment Final Decision18May2023.doc.
Above all as with the Kent County Council matter that I brought to the Magistrates attention this morning these two emails also give no opportunity to me reply, as required under the Right to Reply provisions of the Constitution of the United Kingdom, the latter coming from a no-reply email address, so I am bound to bring the matter under the consideration of the Medway Magistrates Court for immediate directions on how the case should proceed in relation to the attached: Notice of New Date of Hearing NKMC.docx, especially in relation to the Bail as attached: ToKentPolice(FinalJudgmentonBail)17May2023.docx.

I can confirm I have arranged a Voluntary Interview for you to attend on Monday 22nd May 2023 at 11am at Medway Police Station. I have arranged a solicitor for you who will meet us there. Please walk round to the bail door which is to the right of the reception, follow the path and I will meet you there.
