Dear Sirs/Madams
1. I have noted that Kent Police has not charged me yet of the alleged offences of Stalking/Harassment and the sending of Malicious Communications that I am suspected of and I remain on bail until 18/21 December 2023 or any other non-descript offences conjured up that I have not officially been suspected of to my knowledge (except for the Speeding Offence of 5 October 2022 for which my Trial is fixed for 10 November 2023, 2 pm) and on which I continue to assemble mitigating factors to argue my case for £10 million in damages and compensation from Kent Police for when the Crown Prosecution takes the step of charging me for these potential offences: see attached FrMarieDancer(SRA&LegalOmbudsman_UnprofessionaltoActNow)30Oct2023; FrTobyBurroughKentCPOccOlivesSolicitorsMarieDancer)30Oct2023.docx.
2. For the Trial Hearing I will rely on 10 November 2023, 2 pm solely on the evidence of 39 sheets of documents sent to me by Barclays Bank of my Bank Statements from 2 September 2022 till 5 January 2023 to show the Court that I did not receive back the refund of the £92 that I paid Kent Drivers Education for the Speed Awareness Course that I had booked for 11 January 2023 together with the additional court document that proves that I was not given the Pre-Trial Hearing to settle the matter out of Court (FrMsWildishNorthKentMagCrt.pdf, following the initial 'Notice of New Date of Hearing NKMC.docx, so that the Magistrate concerned had erred in law by subsequently sending the matter to Trial prematurely without my evidence as attached LetterfromNKMCHearingTrial10Nov2023_2pm.pdf.
3. Since SEMagistrates CPS have blocked me from receiving my emails as attached SE.MagistratesCPSMessageblocked(Thankyou for your OrderXTBNUJBDXUDXT)25Oct2023.2023.docx, I am sending this email to Kent Police for its onward transmission and of course to Kent CPO.
4. Finally, Olives Solicitors have not replied to me by email this morning so I am assuming that it will in due course act on my behalf if there are prosecutions undertaken by Kent Police on the Stalking and Malicious email matters only (not on the Speeding Offence) if and when the time comes.
