Dear Louisa
You are quite right - I do deserve a break. The complexities of the British Legal system are so intricate in the civil as well as criminal aspects of law so that much as I have tried to get my head around these procedures, I am failing to make a reasoned impact on the proceedings. I am now in a combined civil claim that applies for legal redress from Kent Police for injustices suffered and at the same time defending against an allegation of criminal conduct on my part; at a civil court from where Directions or summary judgment is awaited before 13 June 2022 from a District Judge on Claim number J00ME372 of Medway County Court. To make matters worse I have run out of money to hire a lawyer to pursue the Money Claim or Defend against the offence alleged of Harassment.
What am I to do but wait?
