I have had three separate issues on which I have been very unfairly treated by Kent Police, two involving arrests on allegedly having sent malicious emails and the third issue denying me my right to have a speed awareness course to discharge my liability for a speeding offence. The Police are not giving me a Crime Refence Number for its investigation. I paid 92 for the Speed Awareness Course and was booked to take the course on 11 January 2023, but suddenly Kent Police cancelled the appointment and issued me with a Fixed Penalty Notice although they did not refund the £92.
I believe that Kent Police is harassing me with the discharge of the Speeding Offence because it perpetrated a Hate Crime on me with the two arrest matters that they cannot investigate fairly and wish to cover up their criminality by shoving the matter into a court of law. I made numerous complaints to Professional Standards and the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner, but no action was taken, and the Police did not honour my right to a Duty Solicitor and information under the Freedom of Information Act.
