Dear Cally

Thank you for your email and I did notice another missed call prior to that from you: it seems to be the order of the day during the holiday period.

I am not quite sure what agreement we had reached with the gentleman that I discussed the matter with extensively earlier. He had started by asking me that my email said that there were three issues, two arrests and a Speeding Offence. I pointed out that the arrest matter was just the background back drop to this entire episode of a vindictive saga against me by Kent Police over 5-6 years of torture that would go as mitigating circumstances for the Judge to consider in the disposal of the matter in Court. Then the conversation focussed on the Speeding Offence itself. I told him that the offence that took place allegedly was on 5 October 2022, and I did not contest it having the need to dispose of the matter quickly with the Speed Awareness Course instead of the Conditional Fixed Penalty Notice with points on my driving licence. I said to him that Lucy of Kent Police had told me in wrting that it was entirely my choice as to what option I would take. I further told him that my wife was the owner of the car and I was the driver at the time of the alleged offence so when the initial letter came for intended prosecution, my wife and I straight away pointed this out to Kent Police in a scanned copy of the Form that was sent. Then the letter came to me as the driver, and I admitted being the driver on that day and sent off the scanned copy immediately. A few days later a letter came giving me my three options on discharging the offence. I immediately booked the Speed Awareness Course paying £92 and getting a date of 11 January 2023 for my course.

This was going on when I pointed out to Kent Police that I needed to change the date of the booking as I was engaged in legal matters relating to this issue and the two arrests issued from the Home Secretary because I was denied my Freedom of Information request by Kent Police on both these matters. I told the gentleman that I had taken out an injunction against Kent Police in Medway County Court under J00ME572 (now attached: Document_2022-05-13_152026.pdf), to stop Kent Police's Hate Crime on me that is still in the Court pending consideration, as linked here: Update on Legal Proceedings (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/update-on-legal-proceedings

Fw: Compromise on Speed Awareness Course/Fixed Penalty without Points on my Driving Licence4 Yahoo / Sent Shanta...

The reaction of Kent Police was to cancel the Speed Awareness Course booked for 11 January 2022, and issue me with a Conditional Fixed Penalty Notice, which I rejected out of hand preferring to have an alternative date for the Speed Awareness Course. I had until March 2023 to discharge my liability. Kent Police than wrote that the file had been sent to the Single Point of Justice Procedure.. For several weeks since this notification I enquired time and again as to what has been decided and Kent Police kept silent.

These were the mitigating circumstances that I discussed with your official gentleman over the phone. He had asked for documents, so this link has been provided to Patterson Law to glean over.

The gentleman then said that Patterson Law is willing to take on this Case, at a cost of £1500 (£!250+VAT). I agreed to make this payment for immediate action as discussed.
