Dear Mr Smith
My complaint against Ms Rachel Gwilt not adhering to due process in the handling of a complaint is that she did not consider the dynamics of the allegations that I made, namely that Olives Solicitors and I are still considering its involvement in my legal matters as a Duty Solicitor at Kent Police that one of their Solicitors Phillipa Beswick represented me on. Ms Rachel Gwilt was in a hurry to close the File at the Solicitors Regulation Authority and not investigating what I indicated was a structural issue with the way the Police operate in regards to Duty Soliciors. Either she is inexperienced and a new more experienced legally qualified officer of the Solicitors Regulation Authority should have been appointed to consider the contents of the link Solicitor (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/solicitor or she had sinister motives against me as exemplified by falsely accusing me of having sent her an email that had sexual connotations which I denied sending but she did not come back to this denial to prove that it was me in person who had sent her the offending criminal anonymous email and not MI5.
I look forward to a comprehensive report from you in due course.
