Dear Sir

The Solicitors Regulation Authority has covered up the tyrannical perpetration of terrorism, victimisation, persecution and obstruction of justice through the various agencies of the State, including the Duty Solicitors that were brought to your notice, the various court officials that I have lodged litigation and private prosecutions on as well as the Defence that I filed in North Kent Magistrates Court/Medway Magistrates Court to date and time as linked here: Outcome of Hearing: 1 June 2023, 10 00 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/outcome-of-hearing-1-june-2023-10-00-1 and attached here: ToShannonBowieWooler(Interview outcome for vacancy 278Reconsider).docx.

You will be required to provide evidence under cross examination at the Trial of 10 November 2023 2.00 pm of myself at Medway Magistrates Court.

Dear Shannon

Thank you for your email albeit its disappointing content in light of the fact that my Enhanced DBS Check has come out positive from the apparent lack of reply from North Kent Magistrates Court to the attached correspondence: ToNorthKentMagistratesCourt(Any Developments on Voluntary Interview and Bail)5Jun2023.docx.

I will improve on turning my STAR perception in defining the situations that are are posed impromptu as I was under the impression that having consulted Shirley Pennucci, I was prepared to describe only one topic of my choosing as attached: ToShirleyPennucci(Invite to InterviewModeratorBail)1June2023.docx. Shirley said that she was confused by what I had question which put me at a disadvantage at the interview. If you would reconsider or offer me another interview so that I am more focussed, that would be great.

Be that as it may, I thank you for encouraging me to find a suitable position within the NHS as addressing my Question at the end of the interview that took place.

Yours sincerely

Dear Shantanu,

Thank you for attending the interview for vacancy 278-111HAAG-0605-INDEED-SP, 111 Health Advisor - Ashford. I regret to inform you that on this occasion you have not been successful and we will not be proceeding with your application.

Feedback received from assessors includes:

Although Shantanu has a wealth of experience, we were unable to pull through the transferable skills required to fit the role of 111 Health Advisor. I would recommend Shantanu looks into the STAR method, this will allow him to describe the situation with specific examples to where this fits the competency.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in this post and wish you well in finding a suitable position in the very near future.

Court Manager

North Kent Magistrates Court

Dear Sir/Madam

Further to our correspondence, I do not seem to be eliciting a response from DC Katie Fields to my query below so am wondering if there were or are any proceedings outstanding at North Kent Magistrates Court/Medway Magistrates Court concerning this matter.

Obviously I would like to get back into employment and it is possible that 111 NHS Health Advisor Ambulance Service are waiting for the resolution before deciding on my suitability.

Yours sincerely

Dear DC Field

Is there any progress in the consideration of the voluntary interview that you wished to conduct two weeks ago and the terms of conditions on my bail that is currently scheduled for my appearance in Medway Police Station on 18 June 2023, 5 pm?

I would be grateful for a reply as 111 NHS Health Advisor Ambulance Service is currently considering whether to appoint me following the job interview that took place yesterday Sunday at 10.15 am and I need to report to Shirley Pennucci the full circumstances of my DBS Enhanced check.

Yours sincerely

Dear Shirley Pennucci

It has been many years that I started looking for another serious career and so read through the materials that you sent me as well as those in my application that I downloaded half an hour ago.

I have some questions because I find that I can only use the evidence from my earlier career at the University of Greenwich that contains the Natural Resources Institute to address the Competency-based interview which tests ability to deal with stress like ‘Can you give us an example of an occasion when you have worked under pressure’. The example I would like to use is as follows:

When I worked for the Natural Resources Institute as a Senior Scientific Officer between 1979-1998 I decided unilaterally to study a spare-time MSc course on Agricultural Development that had 7 separate units with Tutorial Marked Assignments during the year on each unit and a 3 hour examination at the end over a period of 6-7 years until the University terminated my employment without paying me my £55,000 redundancy payment. Be that as it may balancing the requirements of the job in which I was frequently a Project Manager and hands-on experimental worker and then trying to find times at evenings and weekends to do my personal studies was very challenging and sometimes I had to take these studies abroad with me during overseas assignments for my employer. So there was a lot of stress to do both jobs over these particular years. Would this qualify for the competency task example.

On the STAR (Situation/Task/Action/Result) system that the Trust employs, it says that for Situation, explain the background, where you worked what the situation was' This is set out above. Under Task What was the particular task you faced in the example chosen. For this I would say that I had to learn about feed formulation by hand and then a software for the computer, conduct laboratory chemical analysis of feedstuffs, organise junior staff to do some of the work, and in my MSc, I had to study 6 folders of materials given to me by Wye College and write a lot. Under Action: What did you personally do Try to use I instead of we': I worked in the laboratory to assess the nutritional and toxicological values and properties of tropical feedstuffs, organised materials such as chopper and feed formulation package to Cameroon where on-station and on farm trials were conducted by local counterparts to the project focussing on sweet potato and cassava tubers processed to render them non-toxic. Under Results' I had to satisfy a Programme Manager in the United Kingdom to whom I had to write quarterly reports over the 4 year lifetime of the project as the Project Manager with details of outputs attained each quarter and the expenditure incurred. I also had to write scientific papers in international journals to enhance the reputation of the Natural Resources Institute and over the 18 years that I worked there I managed to publish 35.In my MSc I had to report to a Tutor based outside the Institute every month with my Tutor-based Assignments and finally the London University which would award me the Post-Graduate Diploma with Distinction because I had not completed the 7th Unit of the dissertation when workplace harassment forced me out of the University of Greenwich.

So with your agreement that this is what I will discuss at the interview, my remaining questions concern uncertainties on the Role of Call Handler and Trust Values. Call handler Role is said to be heavily focussed on communication, managing pressure, and working to deadlines. I should have no trouble with this at the interview because in my earlier career at the Natural Resources Institute, I had to verbally train many overseas personnel in the laboratory and in the field work that I undertook in my area of Specialism which was Poultry Science and Development. I also lectured at the University to students of Greenwich to good effect on one occasion. while doing all that and gave lectures in conference and workshop.

On Trust Values, your job description says that ensure that you have examples of where you have demonstrated these. Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. I have always been a one-world individual and more so since I developed The Conservative Libertarian Society as a Global Movement, at the website: https://theconservativelibertariansociety.com where my publications can be read. There should be zero tolerance of abusive conduct both verbally and physically.

The Trust also has a focus on Climate Change with a Plan and strategy to reduce its carbon emissions by 80 % over the next decade and net zero by 2040. I fully support this ambition. It is also highly commendable that the Trust published the Report on Cardiac Arrest so public can learn to save lives.

The NHS Call Handlers are said to be people like me from all walks of life. They are the first person the Trusts patients speak to when they call 111 when it is urgent or if they just need advice and support. I have learnt a lot about advice and support as I frequently use a holistic psychotherapist tod discuss my own mental health and have had countless discussions with the Samaritans on how to provide emotional support to those who are feeling suicidal and depressed. The Trust says on what makes a great NHS Call handler (Health Advisor) that 'Our 111 Call Handlers are all caring and empathetic. The have great communication skills and love to talk to people. They are happy and able to work flexibly. They all love making a difference to people's lives. I definitely meet this criterion if my history is studied because I created a website: https://knowledgeforworldconservation.com, another, https://thenewclimateformankind.com and a third: https://thelibertariandemocrats.com.

Working hours:

Please confirm that the job will be at Gillingham where I live and not at Ashford. Gillingham would suit me better. I am also happy with working nights 2200 hours to 6.00 am 3 out of 4 weekends. with the training programme as publicised.

I am just a little concerned that I do not know the role of the moderators at the interview process that you have now introduced, for I thought that only two persons would interview me. If you are happy that I am interviewed without a moderator then there some point in proceeding with the interview on Sunday 4th of June and a new appointment will be necessary until after 18 June 2018 5 pm when I will know the outcome of my bail.

Yours sincerely
