Dear Sirs
1. Today I requested a Summary Judgment in my favour in Claim E35YM660, but to my knowledge it was not granted so that the adjourned Hearing of 20 January 2023 (as attached: CenLonCtyCrtNOTICIEOF HEARINGOFAPPLICATION.pdf) still hangs in the balance depending on whether an out of court settlement can be reached between Dr S Panigrahi and the Prime Minister, in light of the anomalies in the link here:

(b)
and the correspondence attached: ToInfoReformUKccCenLonCtyCrtlibdemMembershipLabourMembership(AnomaliesClarificationMembership)26Apr2024.docx.
which I submitted to the Circuit Judge as acknowledged by the AutoReply attached: FrCentralLondonCtyCrt(Refund effectedAutoReply)26Apr2024.
2. Of additional relevance to the proceedings is the lack of a Complaint Report from Kent Police on CO/999/23 as attached: ToMishMuchemwaccElectoralCommissionMembersReformUKJaneRingham(Progress in Complaint Co/999/23)25Apr2024.docx.
3. In this regard and all in all the Court was fully aware that I am seeking £100 million in damages and compensation from the Treasury of the United Kingdom.
Your response is awaited.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi (Claimant)
