As I had informed the Court, the reason for the delay in appealing to set aside District Judge Lightman's Order of 21 June2021 attached (Central London County Court Order 21 June 2021.pdf) was the intervention by Kent Police that I had to deal with as a matter of priority. I hope the following correspondence will be taken as my skeleton argument in your deliberations on the processing further of Claim E35YM660; for which I have paid the required Court Fee of £100.
2. I look forward to your decision as it is appropriate for the Court to dispose of the matter until Claim E35YM660 is also a closed matter.

The notice of discontinuance is a final document which you filed. You cannot apply to set this aside as it was you who discontinued the claim, and more notably from your email:
“I should make it clear to the Medway County Court that my decision remains final and should Kent Police have any allegations of stalking or harassing Katrina Sale, BP and BLM Law for which it has evidence that I have not seen, I am willing to face prosecution in a criminal court as Kent Police in conjunction with the Crown Prosecution Service decides. I will therefore have no part to play in any J00ME572 proceedings at Medway County Court as the Claimant. In regard to this request had already asked the Court for permission for discontinuance of the Injunction and Money Claims Application but the Court has not informed me of the outcome, and instead sent me a Notice of Directions Hearing for 27 October 2022 at 10.00 am.
Accordingly, the Defendant is hereby required to send me its Costs for the proceedings to date which I will duly consider now.
In case the Medway County Court refuses to grant me Permission to Discontinue the Claim immediately on receipt oI this email I am appealing the decision of the Court at the Court of Appeal herewith.
At the point you received directions, you had not discontinued the claim, then you filed a notice of discontinuance after being informed that all you needed to do was file a N279.
We then discontinued your claim and the defendant did not ask for costs. This matter is now closed.

Dear Sir/Madam
It is unfortunate for me that the Court has decided to discontinue with this Claim, despite my protestations which as the Court is aware was appealed up to the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom.
Notwithstanding, I wish to immediately reinstate the Injunction Application against Kent Police represented by the Chief Constable Alan Pughesley together with the Money Claims Application in accordance with the documentations submitted by both Parties up to now, the reason being that the full scale of the persecution that I have experienced in national and international conspiracy against me has just been made apparent, as you will note from the following correspondence, and should be added to the BUNDLE already submitted. I would require a Hearing of the Case on what was previously allocated as being 27 October 2022, at 10.00 am.
I have already paid £100 to Her Majesty's Court Service in the Central London County Court, but if I need to pay an additional amount for the reinstatement, kindly let me know by treating this email as the Application Notice.
If for any reason this Application is not upheld as deserved, kindly let me know so that I can lodge an Appeal at a higher Court of Law.
