Dear Sir/Madam
1. I spoke to Ravina at Olives Solicitors at just after 4.30 pm today to ask her whether they had received any communication from Kent Police on the twin proceedings of Speeding Offence and Malicious Communications/harassment/blogging following my enquiry to the Attorney General and another Solicitor as attached: ToAttorneyGeneralccSalmanIslam(NFS)Bark(CriminalAnonymous email)16May2023.docx but no reply was received to this email and Olives Solicitors also did not receive any information from Kent Police today in response to the contents of this email.
2. I apologise that in my post-traumatic stress disorder I had cast aspersions on the integrity of the civil and criminal courts and tribunals of the United Kingdom and I hope you will pardon me for having done so in my email for I now realise that I may be found by the Magistrates or the Judge who presides over this matter to have been in contempt of court notwithstanding my mental disorders that Britton House has maintained silence over on regarding the attached private summons initiated and which the Court was supposed to have sent to the internal appropriate department to consider: ToMedwayMagistrates(CANCELLATION OF MY APPOINTMENT BY BRITTON HOUSE)13May2023.docx.
3. So, now there are three reasons why the 'Summons to Court is invalid':
(a) Kent County Council is still considering whether to let me do the Speed Awareness Course or refund me the £92 Fee paid for the 11 January 2023 attendance.
(b) private summons against the State authorities who 'ordered' Britton House to cancel my appointment and maintaining silence.
(c) consideration by the Attorney General that I have been for the past several years declared insidiously as being a Vexatious Litigant which could possibly explain the fact that since 1998 I have not received my £55,000 severance payment from the University of Greenwich, and the £10 million in damages and compensation from the UK Treasury for the Cyber Warfare waged on me by MI5.
4. I had requested the Magistrates at Medway Magistrates Court for an immediate decision on this Application and this has not been forthcoming in writing so I am now lodging my Appeal at Maidstone Crown Court directly that these proceedings as associated with the attached Notice of New Date of Hearing NKMC) (1).doc be judged to be null and void, given that no objections to my application was filed by the other parties as linked here: .Application that Summons to Court is invalid (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/application-that-summons-to-court-is-invalid-1
5. Please send me the Court’s full written reasons as to why the Medway Magistrates Court has rejected my Application so that I can complete the Form for submission to the Maidstone Crown Court by 5 pm tomorrow, 17 May 2023 in an email.
