Please refer to the proceedings two years ago requesting an arrest warrant on the Chief Constable of Kent Police by me. This morning I brought it to the attention of Kent Police as a law-abiding citizen and Secretary of the Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom that is in the process of developing its constitution, most notably in the aspects of Policing methods used to deprive innocent citizens to defend themselves in a court of law. This is most aptly evident from the lack of a reply from Kent Police to the referral that I had made this morning, as you will note from the linked post:

Hence, now more than ever in the past East Kent Magistrates Court must hold a Hearing of the arrest warrant on the Chief Constable of Kent Police Mr Alan Pughesley that is long overdue, and to follow the initial submission of mine under appeal I urge you to act on this matter to determine what role the United Security Services played in the sending out of several hundreds of criminal anonymous emails to me, my wife, my associates such as employers and Consultant Psychiatrist, Dr Odesanya at Britton House, Care coordinator Funke Aderibola. to staff of BLM Law, Katrina Sale, bp, my psychotherapist Jill Jesson, my relatives in India, Jane Ringham of Medway Council, and others that I cannot remember of hand.
The Chief Constable of Kent Police is wholly responsible for policing these criminal activities and not doing so amounts to a Hate Crime against me and my family.
