Dear Sirs

Rather than the Security Services of the United Kingdom send me further criminal anonymous emails as the following one that I received last night, and in light of the lack of progress in the litigation that I undertook against the Prime Minister of the day at the Central London County Court under Claim E35YM660 as linked here: E35YM660 Proceedings (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/e35ym660-proceedings and the debacle of the Injunction and Money Claims against the Chief Constable of Kent Police under J00ME572, why do not you stop pussy-footing on the arrest matter of 24 November 2021, the arrest matter of 23 November 2022, the Speeding Offence matter of 5 October 2022 that you have full details of by now (the arrest documents attached for your memory if it is failing: kENT pOLICE cHARGE rEFUSED sHANTANU pANIGRAHI.pdf; North Kent Police Releasewithoutbail.pdf; Speeding Offence of 5 October 2022: Dr Shantanu Panigrahi (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/speeding-offence-of-5-october-2022-dr-shantanu-panigrahi and issue me with whatever the essence of the offence or offences that I am deemed to have committed and get this matter to a Hearing at the East Kent Magistrates Coourt?

Yours sincerely

Dear Jane and others

I have not yet had the courtesy of a reply to my email of Wednesday. This is intolerable and I am no longer to be held liable for any steps I may take to remedy the injustice from you trolls.

I require this job not only for financial reasons but also because I need access, as a Medway Poll Clerk or Agent, to the unrestricted Electoral Roll in order that I may be able to identify the home addresses of the jaanbhosadiwale madarchods in Kent Police who tormented me for years, and then I can consider visiting them in their hideouts, unheralded, and wreak natural justice on them, taking them if needed back to Shanti Niwas in custardy for processing and final treatment or disposal, but all strictly only as the law as interpreted by me permits in the light of the arrest warrants I was granted by the East Kent MC in 2021.

Since my spontaneous demand for juicy young WPCs in compensation for 25 years of harassment has also seemingly fallen on deaf ears, I have decided to exercise my rights under habeas corpus

rolled in to the E35YM660 proceedings to issue fresh cases to have the rotting corpses of the Evil Green Witch Queen Elizabeth and her Greek rascist husband Phillip Prince disinterred for forensic toxicological examination by me and my appointees like Professor Ray Coker which will also prove that the military hero claiming to be their grandson is exonerated. Autopsies completed, I will then display their rotting remains propped up in the front garden of my Krishna Niwas in the space vacated by the hedgerow, for public spectacle and ridicule, as a warning to those who as part of the vicious propaganda to discredit the life of a sadhaka Hindu and purnavatar attempting to live a law-abiding peace-loving life in the United Kingdom. To avert this happening, which can be a distraction to passersby or motorists as I exercise my rights as an Englishman in his High Castle, I provide this as a very final last chance to that vermine insect Pughesley to amend the corrupt police methods and immediately supply me these under 25 yr old policegirls, a different one each week, for my

exploration and enjoyment. I took this photo so that they are forewarned of their destiny under me --

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FpGWyCZXsAYC1tq.jpg while I pleasure myself in them.

Alternatively, if none of the police playgirls meet my exacting physical requirements, I will accept alternative or substitutes from Team 19 of the Government Legal Department, or Geri Ottewell

of Clyde Co. Solicitors who beneath Orla Scanlan about whom I complained to the Solicitors Regulation Authority which due to my restraint in not exploding Petite France or the namechanged Clyde Co. as is authorised by BP Lenham, is still able to operate. I have my eyes on several of their youngest lawyer trainees with social profiles who will in my assessment respond satisfactorily

to my vigorously applying to them a natural tan but not one where the redness will not subside after a week at most, though sitting down may be a little difficult.

This business needs now to be concluded before I take more drastic measures. KMPT Legal Services and Dr Jill Jessions' sessions both grant me immunity on the grounds of my confirmed feigned internal confusion and schizophrenia from any consequences in civil or criminal law. I successfully disposed of that Scottish bitch who led the conspiracy to destroy my life at the NRI of the University of Greenwich.

Is all that understood? I will blog the whole of this scandal.

Yours sincerely

Dear Jane

My wife has just asked me if I have received this notification from you because we normally or I should say always do the C unt Assistant Role together sitting at the same table and both of us

enjoy this work that I have been doing since 2005. I have not received it, if I have checked my shanpanigrahi@yahoo.co.uk account to see whether you have sent it to that email address but

there is nothing there.

Is it the case that I am not selected to help out on this occasion or blacklisted because of the attached events:

I would be most grateful if you would clarify the situation for me.

Thank you for your attention

Medway Council

Dear Rashmi Panigrahi

Further to our email last year, I am now writing to ask for your confirmed availability for these elections. This email is later than usual because we’ve had some technical IT issues, but these

have been sorted now. It does mean, however, that we are asking for a really prompt response from you, whether you are interested or not.

Rather than ask you to prioritise the role you are interested in we simply need to know if you’re available or not. We will probably allocate you to the role you undertook for previous

elections, or where we have most vacancies.

Please click on the “reply” button and then type in the new response email one of the following sentences:

I am definitely available to work on the election I am not available to assist with this election but would like my details retained for future election work I am no longer interested in working for Elections. Please do not contact me in future

Underneath that sentence add any other comments to ask to be considered for any specific rol(s) and any other comments. You don’t need to add your name in the body of the email as we’ll be

able to see it where we used your name. Please respond back to us by email no later than Sunday 26

February. Please don’t print the email and scan/email it back or drop it into the office. We do not have the resources to deal with your responses that way.

Appointment letters will be sent as soon as possible but we will prioritise Polling Station staff, then Postal Vote staff and finally Count Staff.

Please do not assume you have been appointed until you receive the appointment letter.

Compulsory Poll Clerk training starts in mid March and PO training will start on 11 April.

I hope you able to help us again, and I look forward to seeing

you later in the year.

Jane Ringham

Deputy Returning Officer
