We require all the Case papers that was the basis of the decision not to issue summons; since then I was arrested on 5 occasions and was coarsely interviewed in the Police Station on a further two occasions by Kent Police acting under the authority of the Chief Constable of Kent Police. I can rectify some of the entries in the Extract of the Magistrate such as the names of the individual officers involved in the Hate Crime that subsequently was waged on me as given in the attached: ChargeRefusedCertificatefromKentPolice.pdf but do not know what the rest of the Case papers were which led to the original decision. Could you provide this for me now please?
