Thank you for your email to the Legal Ombudsman technical advice desk. We will respond to your email within five working days.

Please note that this advice desk is for service providers to ask technical advice before a complaint is being investigated by us. If we’ve already told you that your case has been accepted for investigation, your investigator will contact you when they start working on your case.

You may find our learning resources and FAQs pages on our website useful.

We make every effort to ensure that our service is easy to use and accessible to everyone. We can do this by providing information in a different format such as large print, Braille or on audio CD / audio file, or in another language. We are committed to making sure the way we work doesn’t put you at a disadvantage so in addition to the examples above and our legal duty to provide reasonable adjustments for disabled people, if you need any other help or support, please tell us about it and we will do our best to meet your needs. Dear Mr Jason Chapman

Ref:

'The person who can deal with this at The Legal Ombudsman is - Jason Chapman, Senior Ombudsman - Email - technical.advice@legalombudsman.org.uk'

My contention on hindsight is that there has always been a valid case against the Crown Prosecution Service, not a hopeless one.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi (Complainant)
