Dear Sirs
Further to my emails yesterday, I need to know whether Martin Tolhurst can represent me to supervise the Bail Hearing on 18 June 2023 5.00 pm at Medway Police Station initially. This is the most urgent requirement.
If I do not hear from you by 5.00 pm today, I will go unrepresented with my wife as witness given that none of the other three solicitor firms have replied to me like yourselves. I was rather hoping that some solicitor will also do the groundwork of determining what the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (as acknowledged below) will do as an independent reviewer to resolve this matter to the satisfaction of the State and myself.
