Dear Sirs

I have taken account of your bundle document and consider it to have been highly irregular and inadmissible for the Trial of 10 November 2023, 2 pm at North Kent Magistrates Court sitting at Medway Magistrates Court, as linked here: Inadmissible evidence from Kent Police (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/inadmissible-evidence-from-kent-police

Having brought the matter to the attention of North Kent Magistrates Court and the Court of Appeal whose responses were sought as attached: Responses of North Kent Magistrates Court and the Court of Appeal required.docx. apart from the technicalities involved, Kent Police has not adopted the appropriate procedure for the registering of its Case for the prosecution, which should have been submitted to KentCPO in the first instance because the preliminaries were completed in May/June 2023, and it would have been for the KentCPO to assess whether there was a case to answer from assessment of Kent Police's final version of the prosecution and if the Magistrate considered that there was, summons would have been served on me appropriately given the adjournment of the Trial has been applied for beyond 31 August 2024 by the Defendant.

Olives Solicitors is not intellectually able to deal with such issues as is evident from the 30 odd emails that I sent these Duty Solicitors without receiving a reply, so this morning I am requesting David Foreman if he would be able to look into my Case and represent me in Court.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
